At Dust & Dune, we aim to make sure your order reaches you safely and as quickly as possible. This Shipping Policy explains how we process and deliver orders placed through our online store.
1. Order Processing
Orders are processed after payment has been successfully received.
Orders are generally processed within 1–2 business days, excluding weekends and UAE public holidays.
Once your order has been dispatched, you will receive a confirmation and, where available, tracking information.
Please ensure that your delivery details, including your name, phone number, and address, are accurate and complete when placing your order.
2. Delivery Within the UAE
We currently offer delivery within the United Arab Emirates.
Estimated delivery times within the UAE are generally 2–5 business days after the order has been dispatched.
Delivery times are estimates and may vary depending on the delivery location, courier availability, weather conditions, public holidays, or other circumstances beyond our reasonable control.
Remote or difficult-to-access locations may require additional delivery time.
3. Shipping Charges
Shipping charges will be displayed at checkout before you complete your purchase.
From time to time, Dust & Dune may offer free shipping promotions or free shipping above a specified order value. Any applicable promotion will be clearly stated on our website.
4. Delivery Attempts
Our delivery partner may contact you using the phone number provided with your order.
Please ensure that you are available to receive the order or provide accurate delivery instructions.
If delivery cannot be completed because the customer is unavailable, has provided incorrect or incomplete information, or does not respond to the courier, additional delivery attempts or charges may apply.
5. Incorrect or Incomplete Delivery Information
Customers are responsible for providing accurate delivery information at checkout.
If an order is returned to us because of an incorrect or incomplete address, incorrect contact information, or failure to receive the shipment, we may contact you to arrange redelivery.
Additional delivery charges may apply where the failed delivery was caused by incorrect information provided by the customer.
6. Delayed or Lost Shipments
While we work with reliable delivery partners, delivery delays may occasionally occur due to circumstances outside our control, including:
- Severe weather;
- Public holidays;
- Traffic or road restrictions;
- Courier operational issues;
- Incorrect delivery information;
- Events beyond our reasonable control.
If your order appears to be significantly delayed or lost, please contact our customer service team with your order number so that we can investigate the shipment with the relevant courier.
7. Damaged Packages
If your package appears damaged when delivered, please contact us as soon as possible and provide photographs of the package and the product.
We will review the matter and, where appropriate, coordinate with the delivery provider to resolve the issue.
Your statutory consumer rights regarding defective, damaged, or incorrectly supplied products remain unaffected by this Shipping Policy.
8. Order Changes and Cancellations
If you need to change your delivery address or cancel an order, please contact us as soon as possible after placing the order.
We will make reasonable efforts to accommodate your request before the order is dispatched.
Once an order has been dispatched, changes or cancellations may no longer be possible and the order may instead be subject to our Refund & Return Policy.
9. International Shipping
At present, Dust & Dune offers shipping within the UAE only.
If international shipping becomes available, the applicable countries, delivery times, shipping charges, customs duties, taxes, and other applicable charges will be communicated separately.
